Cecilia Prize is intended for adults aged 18 and over who value respectful dating and serious relationships. These standards describe the conduct we expect in participation associated with the site and the principles behind our editorial guidance. Represent yourself honestly

Use accurate information about your age, relationship status and intentions. Gifts, service payments, travel expenses and time spent talking do not create an entitlement to attention, meetings or intimacy.

Protect privacy

Do not publish another person’s private messages, contact information, documents or intimate material without permission. Keep identifying information about children private. Avoid pressuring anyone to reveal an address, financial details, location or account credentials as proof of affection or trust.

No harassment or financial solicitation

Threats, humiliation, discriminatory abuse, sexual pressure and coercion conflict with these standards. Do not use romantic interest to solicit loans, investment deposits, emergency payments or access to someone else’s accounts. Address concerns with the responsible service

If harmful conduct occurs on a dating app or another platform, use that service’s reporting and blocking tools. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Do not put yourself at risk to collect evidence or confront someone.
